Welcome at the HAMradio-site of Nick Brok, PE1GOO.
When I am not occupied with writing of new stories I become a radioactive radio amateur! So be warned!
![]() This is me. | ![]() The VHF and UHF antenna I use, a Diamond X200. |

My projects.
|
VHF2M-trx
One of the many projects: a vectronics kit for a VHF receiver and a VHF transmitter (5 Watt). |
BITX20
My first kit is this HF 20 meterband transceiver. I build it by myself and with it I make my QSO's on the 20 meterband. This rig, called teh bitx20 is very nice and works great. |
MKARS80
This is a very nice and small radio, with the performance of a big one! It works on the 80 meterband with the power of only 5 Watt! |
|
HOBO
This project is finally coming to an end! I recently made some nice QSO's to Italy with only 5 Watt power! Also some modifications are pronounced, so I'll made them to improve this transceiver. This very luxuous radio called HOBO is sold by the German QRP-AG |
BITX17
This HF 17 meterband ve I build while my HOBO didn't work. The first what I heard was a few CW stations. I took this transceiver for a test to ESRAC at the TU/e and made my first QSO on 17 meter with WD8CCC! This American was very surprised and congratulated me with retransmitting of my signal. I know that the RIG works! But the step-ir of this clubstation did the important job! |
